Bhutan is a popular trekking destination with several routes yet to be traveled by tourists. We offer a variety of trekking programs offering one of the best ways to enjoy the splendor of Bhutan's natural beauty. Our treks take you through pristine subtropical and temperate forest to alpine pastures with grand views of majestic mountains. A trek also gives you the opportunity to see the countryside and meet ordinary Bhutanese people as you walk through village and settlements. If well planned it can also take in a local festival.

All trekkers are accompanied by well-experienced guides, cook and porters and horsemen with mountain horses or yaks, depending on the altitude, carry provisions and luggage. Treks vary from very short three-day treks across low altitude to the four week snowman trek covering distance of 356 kilometers. Some of the northern treks climb as high as 5,500 m and should only be attempted by people who are physically fit.

In Bhutan, treks are quite distinctive from the other parts of the Himalayas. The country's vegetation is endowed with a wide variety of flora and fauna that varies from subtropical dense forest to alpine shrubs. It is sparsely inhabited with scattered settlements of diverse cultures. Visitors will be impressed with their hospitality in spite of their simple and hard living conditions.
